- Is their content specific (real services, real questions, real places) where yours is general?
- Do their titles and headings use the words people searched?
- Does their page open faster on your phone, on mobile data?
- Are their business details on Google complete and up to date?
The quick fixes anyone can do
- Complete your Google Business Profile: hours, phone, photos, services and a description.
- Give each important page a title in the words people search, not “Home”.
- Ask happy customers for genuine reviews, and reply to the ones you have.
